Wow, I haven't written in here in eons! What to say, besides college rocks? Not as much as circus, mind you, but college rocks! And shows in college with circus in them that are about crazy literary people from WWI era rock the hardest! Yay yay yay!

Today is my day off, and I just went for the most marvelous hike in the woods, as well as visiting the farm associated with the college. The woods are absolutly splendid: makes every other woods I've ever seen look tame and boring. I saw hundreds of those bizarre white flowers, what are they called, Indian Peace Pipes or something like that. I'd only ever seen a couple in Mass., since they're endangered or something, but there are plenty up here. I also saw a woodpecker, a cute little house in the middle of the woods, and a bunch of chickens, two really cute calves, an ornery goat, an adorable cat, and an absolutely enormous pig. It was fun, and highly restorative to the spirit. Now I'm going to go make me some dinner, and binge on Cirque and Dublin Mudslide simultaneously, and tomorrow I get to sleep as late as I want. I love days off!

I went to Canada today! Twice! And I stood with one foot in the US and the other in Canada at the same time! And I got my "fortune" told by a crazed old lady who reminded me of mom in her "hate the government"ness. And I got a bunch of clothes for really cheap. And I ate a lot of sugar. And I got to see the Road Show perform and not be on it. And it was a good day.

No one loves me, apparently: I haven't gotten an e-mail from anyone except the NY Times in three days. I figured this is a better way to get your attention, let you know how I'm doing, etc.
We're heading into the last week of intermediate camp, which means I only have three weeks left here. Boggles the mind. Some people are leaving at the end of this week, which is SAD! But oh well, advanced camp is going to rock!!! My girls this session are awesome and low-maintenance, which also rocks.
Gotta go get laundry: send me an e-mail!

The campers finally left, so we have 36 whole hours of freedom: arrrghhhhyayayayayay! I'm kind of relieved, in case you couldn't tell. We're all going out for pizza soon, and tomorrow a trip to B and J's and Burlington is in the works. I can't tell you how happy I am to get some time off! And sleep late! Woohoo!!!!
I used an icon mood thingy for the first time: exciting, eh? Actually, not so much. But that's okay. It's kind of difficult to sum up one's mood in one word and a silly little face. There should be combinations, which would be awesome, especially for your hamsters: I mean, picture a hyper/full hamster icon. Funniness!

Yay! Stuffs is great heres. Staff show was last night, and I got to do a contact act with another CJ'er and a handbalance/contortion act with two other handbalance/contortioners. 'Twas awesome. My latest circus obsession is the diabolo, so named, apparently, because diabalo means "to throw across" in Greek. Anyway, you throw it across and it's awesome. I found this website with a billion tricks: cool stuff.
I hate ranting, so I won't do it. But if I were the ranting type, I would be ranting in this space. So imagine me ranting. If you can. Muahahahahahah. It's cold I'm tired, I hate the livejournal. Why doesn't anybody call me or write to me? I feel so unloved. Beck, feel free to pass this along to the parental units. I might call if and when I get off my tush and get a phone card. But until then, call, you slackers!
